Adult/Warez Sites or sites which contain material which would be deemed offensive are not permitted.
When a login account is provided it is for your personal/business use only. Please do not divulge the password to any other person, and please take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
When a login account is provided we reserve the right to add additional regulations and general conduct terms.
All members of email lists on this system that you create must be your own clients and must have explicitly opted in.
Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam.
The use of bought-in email lists is forbidden.
You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate any laws.
You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s).
All accounts are payable in advance. Upon placing your order you have entered into a contract with us for a period of one year at a time and the fees paid during that period are non-refundable. You may cancel your contract at any time with one months notice in advance in writing or by email. If you leave and don't provide a notice period and subsequently any hosting fees are issued, they will become due.
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall our liability exceed the invoice value of any goods or services provided.
When you have a eCommerce solution we may supply a sample set of terms and conditions for your order page. These are strictly a sample only and you must examine these and replace them as required with terms and conditions which are suitable for you. We do not warrant these terms and conditions as being suitable for use.
If you are a company you are required by law to ensure that on your site you display your company number and registered office details.
If you leave us you can take and transfer a copy of the design and any files you have uploaded for use elsewhere. The system software which powers the website and administration area remains the property of Web Boutiques Limited on our servers.
Deposits paid for products and services are refundable at our discretion.
If we host email for you then it will be in the form of a reasonable number of POP boxes. By default we do not switch on SPAM filtering. If you would like us to switch this on please let us know. If SPAM filtering is switched on then it will be in one of two forms (1) TAG, where email is tagged and the header line of the email is marked **** SPAM ****, this is passed on to you to filter using a local rule on your email client (2) BLOCK, where spam email is blocked on our servers. In the rare event that a genuine mail is blocked the sender will be informed of this fact. We can add this sender to our "whitelist" and they will not be blocked any more.
We can host your domain for you. Most domains such as .co.uk .com .net .info .biz for example can be hosted for no additional charge. Some domains such as .tv for example cost more to host and may carry an additional charge.
If you wish to perform special operations on your domain, such as adding subdomains or special mappings, then we may recommend that you host the domain yourself to ensure that you have the degree of control you require.
We endeavour to answer support calls as they are received during normal office opening times. However sometimes in cases where the support query is complex or requires specialist resources or research, the time taken to provide support may be longer.

We need to obtain enough information to be able to invoice our customers and send these invoices either via mail or email initially during a website build and then annually. Without the ability to invoice and speak to our customers to answer questions and provide support we cannot operate our business or trade. These invoices are usually addressed to a department within a company or named persons within a company. Customer information is held within Quickbooks online. This software supplied by Intuit. Customer data to be entered into our online accounts system is received by phone or by email. Customer information contains the following fields, Name, First line address, Second line address, Third line address, Town, County, Postcode. We also hold telephone numbers and email addresses because we need to communicate with our customers during the build process continuously to effect the build. We also need to know customer email addresses and telephone numbers so that we can provide ongoing support. We do not charge for support, and our customers can ask for support at any time. We also sometimes need to send notifications and contact our customers to issue system updates and provide important or essential information which relate to the web solutions or services they have with us. We respond to support either by email or by phone or both. Our clients are also other businesses. At this time as a matter of policy, we do not engage in direct marketing, nor do we mail shot our clients. SuitabilityNo products that we sell are suitable for children under the age of 16 years old. Extent of LiabilityAll goods sold on this site are carefully checked and tested.
